    "Code" consists of the fourteen (14) characters printed inside specially marked packages of the General Mills Canada Corp. ("General Mills") ready-to-eat cereals listed above. Each Code shall consist of non-case sensitive letters and numbers and shall follow this format: a88a8-88888-8a88.

  2. The offer described above is available on specially marked boxes of the ready-to-eat cereals listed above between approximately June 18, 2009 and July 31, 2009, subject to trade demand and regional fluctuations and WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
  3. Printed inside specially marked packages of ready-to-eat cereals, will be a "Code". You must complete the on-line form, agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and provide the Code you have obtained from the specially marked package of ready-to-eat cereal you purchased in order to obtain one free ‘Signature’ t-shirt. You are limited to one (1) free ‘Signature’ t-shirt for each Code you submit.
  4. You must complete the online form and redeem your "Code" no later than October 31, 2009. General Mills will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected requests, any failure of this promotional website on or before October 31, 2009 or for any problems or technical malfunction of a telephone or broadcast network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line, or Internet request to be received by General Mills or their third party service providers on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or any combination thereof that may affect an individual's ability to submit a request, or for any injury or damage to any person or to a consumer's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from downloading any material in connection with this promotion. You may wish to print a copy of your completed confirmation form and keep it for your records.
  5. Offer is only available in Canada to Canadian residents. Age restrictions may apply. If you are under the age of 13, your parent or guardian's consent must be obtained before you will be permitted to redeem your reward.
  6. General Mills, Hudson’s Bay Company, t-shirt manufacturer, and the offer fulfillment agency (collectively the "Promotion Partners") accept no liability or responsibility, financial or otherwise, for loss, theft, or misuse of Codes or T-Shirts, and are not liable or responsible for any damage, inconvenience, expense, personal loss, property loss, injury, accident, death, illness or liability of any nature relating to the use by the consumer. The consumer acknowledges and agrees that by using a Code to redeem for a "Free ‘Signature’ T-shirt”, he or she acknowledges and agrees with the Promotion Partner's limitation of liability as set forth in this paragraph.
  7. General Mills reserves the right to verify the validity of all redemptions and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the redemption process or for making a redemption attempt which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. General Mills reserves the right to suspend or terminate this promotion in the event that the level of redemptions indicates that improper or fraudulent redemptions are being attempted. Incomplete or improperly completed redemptions will not be accepted or acknowledged.
  8. The t-shirt will be mailed to the address you submit in the online form. Check with your local post office for a street address. Requests not in compliance with all terms of this promotion will not be acknowledged or returned.
  9. Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of Codes is prohibited. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
  10. The Promotion Partners have no liability for any personal loss, injury or illness associated with this promotion and are not responsible for any disagreement concerning quality or availability of featured t-shirt.
  11. The personal information collected will only be used by the Promotion Partners for the purpose of fulfillment and administration of this promotion, unless otherwise authorized by the consumer.
